Vegan Brownies

Makes 9 x 13 pan

1/2 C Coconut Oil
8 oz of vegan chocolate chips
¼ C flax meal
¼ C warm water
¼ tsp sea salt
2 C Agave Nectar
2 ½ C Spelt or Whole Wheat Flour
½ tsp. baking soda

¾ C chopped walnuts (opt.)

Preheat to 300F. Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips over medium low heat in small sauce pan and let cool. Combine flax meal water and salt in small cup to let soak. Combine agave nectar and chocolate mixture in large bowl. Stir well. Then add flax mixture. Stir well. Combine flour and baking soda in separate bowl, then add them to the wet ingredients. Add in walnuts if you want. Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan with coconut oil and pour in batter. Bake for 45-60 min (until toothpick comes out clean.)
